Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Commercial buyers are excluded from this right.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Metav Werkzeuge GmbH, Parkring 45, 46446 Emmerich, info@metav-werkzeuge.de, Germany, Phone: 02822/7131930, Fax: 02822-92708) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees due to the refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by post, these costs amount to 60 EUR. You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if the loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Our offer is directed solely at entrepreneurs within the meaning of §14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). All prices are net prices plus VAT. The minimum order value for goods is 25 euros net.
Complaints
The delivery must be checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer for completeness, accuracy, and damages. Complaints must be made to us in writing no later than eight (8) days after receipt of the delivery. Otherwise, the delivery is deemed accepted. Damages caused by transport should be reported immediately to the carrier as well as to us in writing.
