Our company's general policy in relation to this section is that the consumer should check the following aspects before initiating a claim:
The product has not been used, that it is complete and in its original packaging.
That the product has not been damaged by misuse.
In the case of exchanges, you only have to inform us by the means you consider most appropriate and quickest. In this case, only if it is after 14 days, you will be responsible for the costs of collection, shipping and transport. Defects or possible defects in the product must be notified at the time of receipt of the product via email to pedidos@ibor.net. In any case, they will be collected at no cost to you and you will be given the option to refund what you have paid or place a new order. In case of reimbursement you will have to indicate the method you want, in case you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, or reimbursement. Once the shipment has been received at our address, we will proceed to check that it meets the requirements to be able to make a refund, and once verified, we will send you an email informing you that the payment is ready, and in a few days you will receive it.
