Devoluciones y reembolsos

Any returns of material, regardless of the reasons, must be made in accordance with the following procedure, which includes: 1. The buyer must make the return request in writing to the Medi-Care Solutions After-Sales Service, justifying the reason for the return of the goods, and providing: a) Product: device model and serial number; b) Customer: company name or Doctor’s name where the device is installed. 2. The After-Sales Service will then communicate approval or refusal for the return of the goods, by eventually providing a Material Return Authorization form that has to be printed and place inside the delivery package. 3. Only once the authorization has been obtained, shipment can proceed. 4. The cost of shipping, unless otherwise agreed, will always be borne by the sender, therefore by the person returning the item. 5. The products must be returned intact, complete with all accessories, manuals, in their original packaging, with adequate external packaging and in perfect working order. 6. Any return that does not comply with the aforementioned provisions will be returned to the sender with freight collect (at sender’s costs). 7. If the goods are returned for repairs out of warranty, Medi-Care Solutions S.r.l. will send the repair estimation only once the material has been received. If the estimate is not accepted, Medi-Care Solutions s.r.l. will return the unrepaired part charging €150.00 as management costs. 8. For goods returned without original packaging, manuals, labeled with a customer label or with a dirty/unreadable label, a credit note will be issued, but deducted by 10% of the value of the goods, as warehouse restoration costs. To ensure compliance with current legislation, it is required that potentially contaminated material to be bagged and sterilized by autoclave treatment, according to the procedures provided in the manual of each product.
