Retours et remboursements
Goods can only be returned to the Seller if the complaint terms and deadlines have been respected and with the Seller’s prior written agreement. Returns are always made at the Client's expense and risk. The products must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging, or, if not available, in careful and complete packaging. Any non-original labels must be removed from the packaging. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted, and the goods will be held at the Client's disposal for one month. A storage fee may be charged without transferring the risks to the Seller.
In the case of the return of non-compliant, surplus, or unauthorized products, the goods will be held at the Client's disposal for three months, during which a storage fee may be charged without transferring the risks to the Seller.
