      Delivery Terms and Lead Times The Seller strives to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped promptly. We help the Buyer arrange and hire third-party shipping providers, including logistics companies, freight forwarders, and courier services to deliver goods to the Buyer. By placing an order the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following shipping terms and conditions: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, the Seller is not responsible for any loss, damage, misplacement, or delays in transit. The risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon our transfer of the order to the shipping provider. The Seller assumes no responsibility for any shipping-related issues, including but not limited to: — Damaged or lost packages; — Delayed delivery due to carrier operations or force majeure events; — Errors or missing information of receiver, shipping, contact details provided by the customer. Once goods have left the Seller’s warehouse, the Seller does not carry any responsibility whatsoever. Any and all claims regarding missing, lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping provider. We strongly recommend that customers retain tracking numbers and promptly contact the carrier for resolution. All deliveries are performed on an EXW Valencia, Spain basis under Incoterms® 2020, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping times stated by the Seller are estimates and not guarantees. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, or unforeseen events beyond its control. The Seller reserves the right to make partial shipments and to invoice such shipments separately. Where the Buyer requests delayed delivery or fails to accept the goods within 14 calendar days of readiness notification, the Seller may charge additional storage and insurance fees. If a Buyer refuses to accept a shipment or fails to collect it from the designated pick-up point, any return shipping fees or associated costs will be deducted from any eligible refund. Buyers have the right to arrange their own shipping using a carrier of their choice. If a Buyer chooses this option, they must notify the Seller at the time of purchase and provide all necessary shipping details. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for coordinating with their chosen carrier and handling any claims that may arise. Once the order has been released to the designated shipping provider all liability for the goods is transferred to the customer and their selected shipping service. By completing a purchase the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the shipping terms. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods The Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, defect, or shortage must be recorded on the delivery note and reported to the Seller within 24 hours of receipt. Any hidden or non-visible defects must be notified within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. Failure to comply with these deadlines shall be deemed conclusive acceptance of the goods in satisfactory condition. Return Rights and Procedures The Seller delivers wellness systems across the EU. This policy complies with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). 1. Custom and Special Orders Products manufactured or configured to customer specifications: including but not limited to pressure settings, color selections, interior finishes, logos and branding, seating configurations, colors, or accessories are considered custom-made goods and are Non-refundable and Not eligible for cancellation or return once production has commenced or payment has been confirmed. This is in accordance with: — Article 103(c): Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized — Article 103(e): Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed — All custom orders are final. A limited Warranty applies to all systems and covers manufacturing defects. 2. Standard (Non-Custom) Stock Units For stock units that are not customized and remain sealed: Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. A written withdrawal request must be submitted to ProReset before the end of the 14-day period by email to support@proreset.com. All Items must be unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and returned in original condition. All returns must be pre-authorized and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a Seller-approved courier or logistics provider, insure the return shipment for its full replacement value, provide tracking information and proof of dispatch by email to support@proreset.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Seller is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays during return transport. 3. Inspection and Refund Conditions Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the unit, parts or any accessory shows any signs of use, installation, tampering, or damage, Seller reserves the right to apply a reduction in the refund amount to reflect loss in value, in accordance with Article 107 of RDL 1/2007. If the product is returned in unsellable condition, no refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods in conditions acceptable to ProReset. 4. Proof of Delivery and Claims Customers are advised to inspect and photograph the packaging and item upon delivery.Any external damage or packaging issues must be reported to ProReset and the logistics carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of damage claims. 5. Commercial and Institutional Purchases The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) applies specifically to contracts between traders and consumers. A consumer is defined as a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. Therefore, purchases made by companies or institutions are classified as business-to-business (B2B) transactions and are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal or return rights that apply to individual consumers. This return policy applies only to private consumers only. Purchases made by companies, institutions, or professionals are not eligible for withdrawal or return, in line with EU B2B transaction rules.
